Our Task has the following volunteer opportunities available:
Research Program: Contact Research Director at Research@OurTask.org with your background and interests.
- Researcher with the research team searching the internet for Plan Bs. Initially this will be web based research looking for Plan B documents for the 2012 conference.
Internship Program: Contact Internship Director at Intern@OurTask.org with your background and interest.
- Volunteer as an aid, coach, or mentor for the intern program. Involves all aspects of field trips, video shoots, assignment monitoring, and supervision of 15 young adults aged 15-25. Location: St Charles Church, Arlington Virginia.
Video Program: Contact Executive Director at Info@OurTask.org.
- Volunteer as a News for Our Future production assistant. Help with pre-production arrangements. Script writing. Help with production, including loggistics, volunteers, cast, and crew for shoots. Help with post production editing and uploading to YouTube, Vimeo, and other outlets.
Conference Program: Contact Conference Coordinator at Conference@OurTask.org.
- Do you have friends or contacts in other cities or other countries? Ask them to have their young people sign the young generation’s opening statement for the “What’s the Plan?” conference.
- Help us arrange for translations of the the young generation’s opening statement for the “What’s the Plan?” conference.

- Good at administration? Every state now requires non-profit organizations to apply annually for permission to do fundraising in the state. We need help keeping our solicitation permissions current.
Communications: Contact Executive Director at Info@OurTask.org.
- Know HTML and/or WordPress? We need volunteers to help with website maintenance.
- Journalistic interests. Contribute to our blog and vlog.
